What the Cryptohall24 warranty covers: 12 months from purchase - if a device fails, you simply send it to us. We handle the entire process: initial diagnosis, shipping to the manufacturer, ticket management, final testing and return shipping to you. You deal with a German contracting party and a dedicated contact in your own time zone. With the manufacturer’s warranty only, you arrange air freight, import and export handling and the manufacturer’s ticketing yourself - the effort and the downtime risk stay with you.

Description

The Iceriver KS7 is a Kaspa miner from Iceriver and came onto the market in April 2025. It works with kHeavyHash, the algorithm behind Kaspa. It comes in a single version with 30 TH/s at 3,500 watts, which works out at 116.7 joules per terahash. Four fans cool the machine, and it weighs 16.5 kilograms.

‍

Design, power connection and cooling of the Iceriver KS7

With a housing of 430 × 195 × 290 mm, the KS7 reaches 75 dB, which is too loud for an office or a home; it needs a spot where its noise bothers nobody. It can be operated at ambient temperatures from 0 to 40 degrees Celsius. It releases its 3,500 watts into the air as heat, and the place where it runs has to be able to carry that heat away.

‍

The KS7 needs 200 to 250 volts AC and an Ethernet link to the network. The hashrate can deviate from the rated value by up to 5 percent, the power draw by up to 10 percent.

‍

As standard, Iceriver gives a 180-day manufacturer's warranty on the machine, counted from the shipping date; our standard price always includes our own warranty.

‍

Comparison with the previous generation and the Antminer KS7

The KS7's predecessors are the KS5M from 2024 and the Iceriver KS3M from 2023. Alongside them stands Bitmain's Antminer KS7, released in May 2025. The four machines compared:

  • Iceriver KS3M: 566.7 J/TH (6 TH/s at 3,400 watts)
  • Iceriver KS5M: 226.7 J/TH (15 TH/s at 3,400 watts)
  • Iceriver KS7: 116.7 J/TH (30 TH/s at 3,500 watts)
  • Antminer KS7: 77 J/TH (36 to 45 TH/s at 2,772 to 3,465 watts)

‍

From the KS5M to the KS7, Iceriver roughly halved the power needed per terahash. The Antminer KS7 gets by on 77 joules per terahash and so runs about a third more economically again. In the miner comparison, the Iceriver KS7 and its daily yield stand next to the rest of our range.

‍

Verdict: Kaspa mining with the Iceriver KS7

The Iceriver KS7 has seen some hashboard failures. As a general rule, we would always choose the Antminer KS7 over it.

‍

The Kaspa mining calculator works out the KS7's daily yield at your own electricity price. Price and Kaspa network hashrate shift the result every day, and the cockpit shows both live. As a pool we recommend ViaBTC through our referral link; share and fees of other providers are listed under the Kaspa pools.

How the Purchase Process works

1

Request & Quote

You send us your inquiry, we come back with a binding quote and advise you on the right performance level. Once you confirm, we reserve the units.
2

Shipping & Import

Freight from Hong Kong, customs clearance and import VAT are handled by us. Before forwarding, we test every unit - you receive the machine cleared, taxed and tested.
3

Delivery or Hosting

We deliver to you, fully insured - or the machine goes straight to one of our hosting sites and is operated there under ideal conditions.
4

Commissioning

Pool, firmware, network: we set everything up together with you until the miner runs. We remain your point of contact - including in any warranty case.

Warranty provided by our German Company

When you buy mining hardware via Cryptohall24, you get a guarantee of 12 months In contrast to manufacturer warranties, our warranty only begins when the hardware is sold to our customers and not as soon as it leaves the factory. Since there can often be several months between production and sale in the mining market, our customers often have a longer effective protection than with the pure manufacturer's warranty.
‍
Optionally, the hardware can be added to insured for up to 36 months become.

FAQ

Do you have any questions?

How does buying a miner work?

The process is clear and done in a few steps: you enquire about the device you want, you receive a written quote with the final price from us, and as soon as you accept it, we issue the invoice. After full payment is received, we trigger the order and the hardware is on its way to you.

That way you know where you stand at every point - from quote to delivery, a continuously supported process with a personal contact.

How can I pay?

You can pay conveniently by bank transfer in euros, in crypto (Bitcoin or USDC) or in cash against a receipt.

As throughout our business, payment is in advance: we trigger the order as soon as payment has been received in full. That keeps the process clean and predictable for both sides.

Are there discounts for larger quantities?

Yes, discounts are possible for larger quantities. How large they are depends on several factors - the device, the quantity, the delivery location and the respective procurement conditions.

That's why we state the right price best directly in an individual quote. Just tell us the model and the quantity you want and we'll work it out for you.

What is included in the delivery?

On modern ASIC miners the power supply is built firmly into the machine and is therefore always included - it does not have to be bought separately. An external power supply only existed with very old first-generation models.

So you receive a ready-to-run device. Whatever else specifically belongs to the respective product is stated in the product description; in case of doubt we clarify it in the quote.

Is the miner in stock and how quickly is it delivered?

You can see availability directly on the product; in case of doubt we confirm it in the quote. The majority of our hardware is located in our main warehouse in Hong Kong and is shipped from there directly to your destination.

Individual devices are in stock in Germany (Hamm) - those reach you particularly quickly. We state the concrete delivery date bindingly in the quote, as soon as device and destination are clear.

How is it delivered - internationally and with customs clearance too?

We deliver worldwide. We handle the shipping and the complete import processing including customs clearance for you - you don't have to deal with it yourself. We state the shipping costs transparently in the quote.

That way the miner arrives ready to use at your place or the desired site. On request we deliver directly to our hosting, then the device goes into operation without a detour.

What requirements do I need for operation?

To operate at home or in your own business you mainly need three things: a suitable power connection (ASIC miners draw several kilowatts continuously, large devices often three-phase power), enough space with ventilation, and a stable internet connection via LAN.

On top of that come noise and waste heat: air-cooled devices are very loud and heat the room noticeably. Anyone who doesn't meet these requirements usually has the miner hosted - then we take care of power, cooling and operation.

How do I set up the miner and can I get help?

Commissioning is straightforward: connect the device, plug it into the network and configure it to your mining pool and wallet. After that the miner runs around the clock.

We don't leave you alone with it - we support you with setting up pool and wallet and the first steps, even without prior experience. Your personal contact is available for questions.

What warranty do I have on the device?

As a German company we offer you 12 months' warranty on your hardware as standard.

Alternatively, you can exclude the warranty in the purchase contract and handle it via the manufacturer's warranty - then the device becomes cheaper. We offer both routes; which one makes sense for you we clarify in the quote.

Can I have this miner hosted directly instead of running it myself?

Yes. You can buy the device from us and have it hosted in the same step - then it runs at a site with low-cost electricity, without noise and heat at your home.

For many this is the most economical way. You can read how hosting works on our hosting page.

As a business customer, can I cancel or return?

We sell our devices to businesses (B2B). A statutory consumer right of withdrawal therefore does not apply in B2B business; in addition, we procure and import the hardware specifically for your order.

So you buy in a targeted and binding way. That's exactly why we calmly clarify the right device for your project before the quote - so you make the right choice from the start. If you have questions before buying, we are always reachable.
