· based on Cryptohall24 data
The Nervos mining calculator shows you in seconds what a CKB miner earns at your electricity price: revenue, electricity cost and break-even electricity price - based on the current network hashrate and the current price. The widget automatically relates your device, your electricity price and this network data to each other and shows the result in real time. Choose a model from the list or enter hashrate and power draw freely, for example to check an offer you are currently considering.

How to use the calculator

Select your Nervos model at the top of the widget, for example the Antminer K7, or enter hashrate and power draw manually. Then enter your actual electricity price per kilowatt-hour - this is the lever with the greatest influence on the result. The calculator then shows you the estimated daily revenue in CKB and euros, the electricity cost, and the break-even electricity price, i.e. the threshold up to which a device is calculated to be in profit. All figures are a calculation example with no guarantee, based on current network data from Cryptohall24 - hashrate and price change continuously, so every calculation is a snapshot, not a promise of future earnings.

What determines Nervos earnings

Nervos (CKB) is mined with specialised Eaglesong ASICs, an algorithm developed specifically for Nervos - such as the Antminer K7. Your share of the earnings results from the ratio of your own hashrate to the network hashrate, multiplied by the payout and the current price. Nervos's payout consists of two components: a base payout that halves roughly every four years, and an additional secondary emission. Details are explained on the Nervos network hashrate page.

Efficiency and electricity price as key levers

Besides network trends, two factors determine how well a Nervos miner performs: the device's efficiency in joules per terahash and the electricity price used in the calculation. Older ASIC generations consume noticeably more power for the same hashrate than current models - the calculator makes this difference directly visible through the efficiency figure in joules per unit of hashrate.

Mining at home or with hosting

Whether a Nervos miner pays off depends mainly on the electricity price. Mining at home can work with an efficient device and cheap energy, such as surplus solar power; at typical German household electricity prices, the numbers quickly get tight - also because of operating noise and waste heat in a living space. For professional operation outside your own four walls, Cryptohall24 hosts Nervos ASICs of the Antminer K7 type in our partner data centres. Simply enter the electricity price relevant to you in the calculator to run your own scenario. More on this under mining hosting at Cryptohall24.

FAQ
Do you have questions? You may well find the right answer here.

How accurate is the Nervos mining calculator?

The calculator uses daily updated network data from Cryptohall24's own monitoring - network hashrate and price. The results are snapshots: if the network hashrate or the price changes, the result changes too. The calculation does not amount to a promise of future earnings.

Which Nervos miners can I calculate?

All common Eaglesong ASICs, including the Antminer K7 from Bitmain. The free-entry option also lets you check devices that aren't in the selection list - simply enter hashrate and power draw from the datasheet.

What electricity price should I use?

The most meaningful figure is your actual price per kilowatt-hour - it has the greatest influence on the result. The electricity price can be adjusted at any time in the calculator, for example to compare several locations or tariffs.

Why does my Nervos earnings change over time?

On one hand, your share changes with the network hashrate; on the other, Nervos's base payout halves roughly every four years, while a secondary emission runs alongside it. Details are available on the Nervos network hashrate page.
