Can I host my own miner with you?
No, we do not accept (individual) third-party devices. For larger quantities (from 10 devices), however, we are happy to talk about hosting with us.
Is crypto mining legal?
In most countries, crypto mining is legal, but there are regions where it is prohibited or heavily regulated.
Do you provide mining hardware repair services?
Yes, we have a repair center where our technicians maintain and repair your mining hardware. Our service ensures that hardware issues are resolved quickly and reliably so that your mining operation continues without major interruptions.
How do you set up a mining pool and crypto wallet?
If you need help setting up a mining pool or crypto wallet, we're here to help. We provide easy-to-understand guidance and support, even if you don't have any previous experience. Your mining income is transferred directly to your pool and then to your wallet, which only you have access to.
Will I receive a bill for current electricity costs?
You will receive a proper German bill with detectable value added tax every month for your current electricity costs. You can pay the hosting fees in Fiat (EUR) by bank transfer, cash (upon receipt of a cash payment receipt) and in crypto (USDT & USDC).
How long is the minimum contract period?
The contract period is at least 12 months. We are also happy to offer you longer terms.
For annual prepayments of hosting fees and/or for longer contract terms, we can offer you discounted rates for the price per kWh.
